DOT results: Outlook Bad

I took the DOT test yesterday, unfortunately I had no choice but to use my own urine. I had my brothers urine in my crotch for over 5 hours before they tested me and by that time it was bad. There was this guy who would have let me use his but it was too late, they tested me.

I found out the results tommorow, and they said if they are positive well I'm not hired and they say they have to tell other trucking companies I failed the test. This is the second time I failed a DOT test, but it was with another company(WERNIER) and I didn't mention it to this company (SWIFT) I'm with. I'm going to look around for another Trucking company and not mention I went to SWIFT for training. If I don't mention it they won't check will they? SWIFT didn't check with WERNIER,...so third times the charm?

Man that sucks I don't know how it works for those companies I have been a owner/operator for 10 years never had to really worry about dot physical and ua's but next week I go back to work for what I went to college for and selling my volvo and flatbed but being that the new company I work for gives me a company vehicle to drive they had me do a dot ua and physical yesterday I did'nt know they were going to do a physical it's just a suv but everything went smooth

Yeah you got to spend a little time and be prepared. Heating pads and synthetic urine is the way to go. Swift sucks anyway.lol
As long as you don't list the other trucking companies nobody will know. The only possible exeption is if they use a third party compnay to do your background checks. There used to be a company called DAC in Oklahoma that trucking companies paid a fee to have do there checks. They keep all your employement history there. If they do you will sign a form authorizing them to get your background info.
