do u know the method of sog, its easy and effective, but you have to keep the clones comin, or its not gonna be a SOG. Its a good method to keep havin harvests weekly, but you have to do it right to get those weekly harvests.

I got myself 400w MH and 600w HPS,(not to mention the floros my seedlings are under)are these good to grow under?
