You need to do some homework and put together a plan that will work for you. In the 3 weeks that you've been off, have you been exercising? If not I say you pick that up for the next week and a half of these 14 days. QF is a solve all, but it also depends on the test your taking, if your going to be observed I'd say bad call. If its a lab test for a job, I say go QF and toke today,. dont worry bout it. Now if your freedom depends on this test you aught be clean even if you plan on QF'ing in case there are any hang ups. Read the forums, I like a combination of daily multi-vits, a high fiber diet, and I use Niacin (read the post, the one from the military guy gives a good guide). Get yourself a 10 pack of tests ordered today from e-bay or a company so you can test multiple times. Do your homework, dont expect someone to post everything you need to know. There is plenty on these forums for you to get an idea of exactly what you need to do.
