Ditto on oil filled heaters. They seem not to strip moisture out of the air and lead to heat stress like the fan/coil ones do. Plus the heating is very even. I used one back when I was growing in a cellar and was happy with it.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . Too Cold? I've had experience where temps below 70ºF slow growth a lot. My temps were as low as 70 during the lights on time but I was able to increase this by slowing down the fan and moving the lighting transformer close to the plants. But I'm sure the night temps must be 60 or lower. What is the acceptable temperature range for growing herb indoors? Thanks, Shovelhandle Rating: 5
