I have a rep coming to my home tomorrow-3pm...both the wife and I work from home(she will be home) and the wife is totally clean...Can I use her pee for the UA? If so any help on when and how to keep temp? Thanks.

For an insurance test I would not use someone elses urine. They are looking for medical problems. If they find them they will not cover pre-existing conditions. This is one of the great uses of synthetic urine. Whats the use of having medical insurance if they don't cover whats wrong with you.

I imagine they will be testing for a lot of things to see if you have physical ailments and propably there standard lab tests will test for hormons.
If you are able to read the documentation for the urine test it will say whether they are testing for drugs. They can't test for drugs without your written authorization.
