From here it looks like your overdoing things. Less is often more...

If you have decent soil you really don't need to feed the plants at all until they are bigger than that. Just good water at the right PH.

Water them good and let em go a day or two until they dry out a bit and water again. At 2-3 weeks of age give em your ferts mixed at half strength at most, and only do that every other watering at most probably even less.

Probably need to get a bit more air moving through there too. Maybe get the bulbs a little further away.
