If they are indeed mosquitoes I'd check for standing water as that's where they lay their eggs. If they are fungus gnats follow Storm Crows advice. If that doesn't work for you 30ml of pyrthrin concentrate per gal of water. Apply once a week for 4 weeks and no more adults, larvae or eggs.

My plants are at 2nd week of flowering and last couple days those bastards reappeared... i beleived they were asleep in soil or something because at 2nd week of veg i make the mistake of over eat soil :( now that they are geting buds, i only want buds and no moskitos+buds :P Thanks in advance!!
