Sure you can do that.....just watch the plant's roots (the sativa one) to make sure they don't start dying off and affecting the indica as well.

yes it is. is that a bad thing. and why didn't my indy buds/leafs get effected.

I am gunna watch them closely to make sure that the sativas buds don't start to die.becuz they still look yummy and I wanna try to let them flower as long as possable . and also so that the indy buds don't get damage done to them.

and also there is only like 4-5 fan leasfs still dangeling from the her. but the buds and the lil budleafs still look good and cristaly for now.

Unsulfured is good. Rhizome was probably checking to see if your lockout is caused by too much S.

Here's why the indi looks better: It's a heavier feeder than the sat, or hardier. But it's not healthy! It has tipburn too, indicating overfertilization.

When you say filtered water, what do you mean? Where is it coming from? Is it sold as distilled water or drinking water?

What is the ppm of your nutrient solution? You should change the res again and go to a bloom fert that is lower than you had before, but still enough to let the plants feed. So if you were running at 1200 when you saw tipburn on the indi-dom, drop down to 900 or so. If you are running supplements, lose them for now and stick with your flower base nute (if you run a 3-part, the bloom + micro would be the 'base'), plus CalMag Plus if you are running distilled or RO water.

all I know about there feeding is they both got botteled water and some pure blend pro hydro veg nuts. I fet them what ever the back lable said to feed. which is 1/4th nuts to 1 gallon of water.

the bloom nute was around the same.



ps: I have the prfect sticky to put in the hydro growing forums.
some things to NOT do at ALL when growing hydro.

like keep different straind of plants in there own bubbler buckest.
if U R doing DWC system.
and I would make it eze to check the water and roots.
and other stuff.

Bottled water? Are you supplementing with Calcium/Magnesium?

Ding ding! Bottled water that is bottled for drinking often has high salts and that would DEFINITELY give you that set of symptoms.
Switch to distilled water plus calmag plus, or even tap water if it is not too 'hard'. You should own an EC meter if you run hydro, or take a tap water sample to the hydro shop to see where you're starting out at the very least.

I believe you may have an overfert situation. If your indica is overfed then your Sativa is probably wayyyyy over fed. This will cause ph to drop in your medium from salt buildup. I'dgive them a good flush and then feed lightly.

oops oops I'm such a stoner. I ment to say that I only gave bottled water during veg cycle. then when I whent to flower mode I gave them filtered tap water.

ok so I went and looked back at the pix I took on the 22ed march. and they looked beautiful and healthy.

so I gave them a lil bit of molassas/water mix on the 22ed.

then on the 23ed the sativa's leaves looked like death.
I not saying that the molasses fuked up the sativas leaves.

but somthing definitely did happen between the 22ed-23ed.

man am I tired of growing sativas and bagseeds.

my next grow is gunna be DWC lowryder 2. then some dank seeds I found in some very dank bud I got back in x-mass.

I believe many filtering systems remove important things like calcium and magnesium and you would still be deficient if you are not supplementing with CalMag or something else.

I'm no expert so I could be wrong; hopefully stinky will chime in. :thumbsup:
