Someone said they used the piss overnight and it work, but what about freezing it for 2 days, will it hold? I'll try and pick up a small heating pad if I can. If i'm not mistaken I'll have to have it thawed and warm maybe 1-3 hours(hopefully not) sadly before I test since it's a drive to the terminal. So will it hold?
Hello....I have used my own frozen samples and everything went as well as if I just voided it myself at the time of need. Frozen urine will last in the freezer in air tight container for a year or more without harm. If you freeze it, just set in fridge about 24 hours prior to need to allow to thaw slowly. Then place on counter for about an hour until it gets to room temp. After that, just nuke for 10 seconds to get it to about 104 degrees. Lastly, just place in the spot where you are wanting to maintain temp. It should get to body temp in about 20 minutes. My word of wisdom is to practice with a bottle of water a few times before using precious urine. After having to sub myself with my own clean urine, I would recomment to others who are able to collect fresh clean urine to save any extra in 2oz bottles in the freezer. If you date the bottle then you know the life span you have left in the freezer. Who knows when you might need it. Can't hurt. Later.....:stoned:
