Fuck websense and school internet blocks.
Here is what you do...
At home now go to http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html and copy down some proxy servers, ones in your country that are anonymous are best...write down the names and port numbers of many servers incase some fail...or just print that entire page.
If you are in school you can go to google.com search "Free Proxy" and view the cache of proxy4free.com and get some off of there.
Your school most likely uses Internet Explorer, so go to the 'Tools' menu and click 'Internet Options'
Click the 'Connections' tab and 'LAN Settings' button then you'll see something that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN" make sure there is a check mark on this and enter in a proxy server and port number from the list you printed off. Click 'Ok', try to go to a website, if it fails change servers.

Don't get caught, schools are stupid about this sort of thing...always keep another window open with Spark Notes or something educational and press Alt+Tab to switch if someone walks over.
