how do delivery services work exactly? no one has told me!!

Delivery Services??? hey everyone, I've been a patient for a while and been to atleast a dozen dispensaries/collectives, but never had any experience with delivery services... I live in Sacramento and theres about 5 delivery services listed, I called every last one of them and only one picked up the phone and apparently it was a wrong number...
