Drug Dogs

I saw german shepards in L.A. Don't know if they were drug dogs but they were German Shepards with Cops. Enough for me to be wary.

Interestingly enough when I fly internationally I just about never see drug dogs at my destination (outside the US).

When I flew to LAX from Southern Illinois last august, I didn't see a single dog and I had edibles with me for the trip...Hurts to sit for 3 hours...
I don't see troubles as long as it's only domestic....International, well I wouldn't want to arrive in a different country even a molecule dirty....

I fly clean regardless if I'm Domestic or international. I guess they just had Dogs when I was there.

i had dogs come to my house, and they actually DIDNT find the weed, just some seeds and stems.

yeah, actually i did, and i think i posted on it, either way, they were funny. Easter was good, but it still had room for improvement but was still good.

Yup. Kansas City INTL. German Shepherd at baggage claim going around sniffing passengers and luggage, AFTER the flight.
Don't even chance it.

I smoked today and had a bag of pot in my pocket. I'm going on a flight tomorrow and was wondering if I wash the jacket and pants that I was wearing would a drug dog be able to detect it? And if they did would I be able to be detained or arrested without having any drugs on me?

I don't know what the dog would do, but I would think you would be okay if you washed the clothes.

If you didn't have any drugs on you, there would really be nothing that would stick in court, but you never know. You might be detained and searched, not sure about arrested - I've seen some horror stories go down, so never say never. But there would be no REASON to arrest you for being sniffed out by a dog - you'd get searched if a dog spotted you, but that SHOULD be the end of it if you aren't holding.

The safest way to smuggle is to put your weed up your butt. Then if the dog picks you out, you can just say, "Hey, man, all dogs sniff butts --- it doesn't mean I have any weed up there! Now, will you please get your dog's nose out of my butt?"

the least fun part of that plan would be if they decide to perform an onsite cavity search, ow, i dont even want to think of it, bake it into some edibles, make some wheedy wheat chocolate chip cookies, or some chodank brownies.
