Oy vey! Nutrient burn?
It DOES look like a pretty good case of nuteburn...I'd drop your ec even lower for awhile.....like to about .5 at the most for a few days and see how (or if....) they bounce back.
Keep a close eye on your ph.....it usually rises like mad during nuteburn and causes its own problems.
