lol just saw this thread for the first time as I'm writing my research paper on the Iraq war. But to answer your question hell no i dont think it was worth it.

It's certainly not over yet, even after 5 years, so it is too early to say for sure if it was worth it --- it will definitely cost more lives and money before it's over, and the outcome could be better or worse than it is today.
