No, epsom salts are magnesium sulfate and you are going to lock out other nutes. NO EPSOM SALTS unless you are treating a CONFIRMED simple Mg def, not a lockout, and even then, use sparingly, preferably as a foliar feed.
Any complete fert with micronutrients will help you if you apply it as a foliar feed, but your primary goal now is to flush excess salts, stabilize pH, and be certain that your soil drains correctly. You are more likely locked out than deficient.

Lime and bone meal both contain calcium. Try scratching some bone meal or lime into your soil surface starting at a light rate of application. Be careful; more is not always more as you can guess!

Just when I thought I knew it all The plant just started to look this way with the change from our tap water which had a PH over 7.6 to a neutral 7 in the form of r/o purified drinking water from walmart, over the past two weeks. Some sort of nute lock out, or a general ph problem. I haven't flushed and tested soil yet but if need be I shall. The older leaves seem to be more effected and the new ones are becoming that way as well. I'd say the general growth of the plant has slowed. As you can see from this Rating: 5
