No, epsom salts are magnesium sulfate and you are going to lock out other nutes. NO EPSOM SALTS unless you are treating a CONFIRMED simple Mg def, not a lockout, and even then, use sparingly, preferably as a foliar feed.
Any complete fert with micronutrients will help you if you apply it as a foliar feed, but your primary goal now is to flush excess salts, stabilize pH, and be certain that your soil drains correctly. You are more likely locked out than deficient.

Lime and bone meal both contain calcium. Try scratching some bone meal or lime into your soil surface starting at a light rate of application. Be careful; more is not always more as you can guess!
