Hawaii needs more clarity to their medical Marijuana laws

It's a real cat & mouse game here in Hawaii with regard to medical marijuana. First off the most populated island in the Hawaiian chain is Oahu. I think there is only one doctor on the whole island that has the balls & fortitude necessary to right up
    medical marijuana prescriptions/license.

Now on the Big Island where I live it's a different story all together. I live in the Puna District, and there is several doctors not far from me that will give out the necessary license to grow your own medicinal plants. Hawaii also has a caregiver program in place too. But there is no Clubs whatsoever in the islands, which is real shame!

Since the mid seventies, the feds in Hawaii have been doing an annual sweep thru the islands call "Operation Green Harvest", I myself was victimized by these pricks in the 70's
As early morning was about to break the sound of faint chopper blades could be heard. The next thing I know I got all my dogs going off as the feds came down into my property by rope repelling with M-16's locked & loaded. They all wore ski mask to go along with their combat fatigues. Threatning to shoot my pitbulls if I didn't get them under control. Within forty -five minutes they were gone...hauling off my long season crop too!.

Now days to avoid having the same thing happen if the feds see plants on my property, and wanna come down and confiscate... I have medical marijuana license # paint on house roof so feds from choppers don't have to bother me these days:rasta:!!!!!

    Good luck with that!
The feds don't care if you are a "state medical patient" or not, as far as they are concerned there are NO marijuana medical patients period, only criminals, you might as well paint a bulls eye on the roof! I hope you get by though, just giving some perspective on federal law enforcement that I have had the pleasure of dealing with here in California.

Hey Bro,I live on Oahu and have no Idea how to find a caregiver, its hard to grow here, where I am at.
We got choppers flying over and around my neighborhood probably every other week,so thats one thing to worry about, the second is someone ransacking my stash.
But I really do wish we had some dispencaries.
