i been 45 days clean. prior to that i had a daily habbit forever. im 5'9", 180lbs, and have been doin some cardio recently, jogged on the spot maybe 5 or 6 times. not sure what has a high fiber content... does the metamucial thing have to be over a long time, or can i load up for a weekend with some results?

i know exercise is bad the 48hrs leading up to the test... is metamucil the same way? or do i want to hit the fiber had right up to the test?
