i tihnk the only reason everyone likes the songs on the radio is because if they listen to the radio they are like forced to listen to them so much they just like them, cuz like that happens to me i dont really like a song but then i hear it so much i just start likin it. and for blink 182 i listen to adams song when i was depressed other then that didnt really listen to them

Yeah I think you are right. If you listen to a song long enough you will start to like it even though you thought it sucked first off. That's why you hear the same shit over and over again on the radio. Try requesting other songs on the radio besides what they usually play, you will most likely not hear it. Corporations pay radio stations to play certain songs.

yep^ i jsut got into a habit of turning the radio off as soon as i heard a high whiny voice. that takes out most of new rock on the radio. and toms annoying ass voice was a huge sign to change turn off the radio too. i could always tell a blink song by the lame into though....so i never had to hear too much of them

slipnslide, im a beginner, but I use my fingers, I cant get the hang of a pick.. I wanna learn to use a pick, though, coz theres some stuff thats impossible to play without using a pick.. and no, not only beginners use picks.. flea uses a pick in alot of songs.. its a totally different sound, its nothing to do with how good you are.. i guess its just what youre comfortable with, even though i do prefer using my fingers, it sounds soooooooo much nicer than a pick and it looks cooler too lol

While I apprecaited the sentiment of the video for 'all the small things', I doubt very very much you will ever see any of the band in a musicians top list of influences. Your're hardly likely to see GWB commenting on how he 'wouldnt have got thru that election without the help of the songs of Blink 182 to help him through".....
