After the clones are well rooted (and were taken from a sexually mature mother), and have also been taken out of a high-humidity environment, you can flower them immediately if you want. Or you can veg them out longer. Totally up to you, and the style grow you're aiming for.

Yes, no, and yes. Clones are generally rooted by one of four methods: using rockwool, using Jiffy pellets, using Rapid Rooters, or using a water/aeroponic rooting method. In rockwool and Jiffy pellets, pH can sometimes pose problems... but these problems can easily be remedied. After the clones have rooted and been hardened off, they're usually planted in soil or into a soilless hydroponic medium.
