5'9", 182lbs. daily smoker forever. last bong was 44 days ago, bong before that was 3 days prior. daily habit prior to that. mild exercise (jogged on spot for 15 minutes) maybe 5 times... other than that, i am an inactive office worker. oh, and occasional drummer.

how confidant can i be without dilution?

also, does anybody know about tobacco detection? i want to pass a tobacco test as well. i have been tobacco free for the same time period as described above, with a slip up 4 days ago.

We will not answer your question about tobacco. Please read the forum rules. Talk about other substances in generally not allowed. If any other member tries to answer it for you then they will receive an infraction for responding to a post that breaks the rules.

Get a home test to make sure about the THC if you were a daily smoker forever. I saw your other post about 60 days. yes it is possible for a chronic daily smoker to take nearly 60 days to pass. I personally know of 3 people who took 55, 58, and 61 days to get clean. I have seen it on here and elsewhere too.
