Hello all I'm 5 10 175, pretty low fat, AVG 3-4days smoker with some questions..

Now the last time i smoked was FEB 24th(some pretty good Sour)and before that was the weekend before, mostly for a 1hitter i would say around 1G worth over the 2 weekends.I have a test on the 20th which i can put off but im going to Miami on the 24th so i wanna get this out the way so i can enjoy myself there..

This is what i been doing, Drinking about 1Gallen of water daily, talking cranberry pills been on a HIGH fiber diet,high protein,taking Omega-3 pills and staying away from REd meat & All FAT,i have droped FAt for sure i lost about 5-6LBS and my belly looks a lot smaller..

So yesterday i took "First check home" and have a few questions...

I have the 4 drug which test`s for Cocain,Opiates,Metha mphetamines,THC.
The results state if you get 2 lines next to Control/Drug not matter how faint that means Negative,now the lines next to Coke,Opiates & X are very dark because i have never user those drugs but the one's next to THC are there but again are not as dark as the others but according to them it still means a Negative result..

So i need to know what you guys think?, the cut off on this test is 50NG, is that the standred for lab test also?Im guessing the faint line means it finds THC but i must be close to cutoff,i did read the sticky and said if you pass any home kit your O.K but that was like 2 year old post.I have untill Thursday to get this right and only have one chance what should i do?This is a $22hr job working for Local 32BJ in NYC?.

Oh yea after to took the test yesterday i played a lot of sports to sweat out some more THC was that a bad thing to do so close to the test did i just release more into my system and raise my levels??

The control line for thc is always fainter than the T-line. I have taken home tests before and even using just plain water the control line has come out faint. Like the test states if you can see a line it is a negative result. Sounds like you are good to go, but stop excercizing and relax up to the test date. Follow the dilution sticky and drink gatorade instead of water. Make sure you piss midstream for the test. If you are still worried about the test quickfix has a 100% success rate as long as the temperature is right. As far as the faint line goes if you can photograph it or xerox it, it is a negative result. I was taking home tests for 2 straight weeks before my test and the line was faint everyday. I passed with flying colors. Good Luck.

Oh yea i was wondering why would i follow the dilution sticky if i have already tested negative and take a chance on coming up too diluted??
