Yup!
I've seen them in a couple lines- Akita and Nirvana's NL have produced twins in my garden in the past.
If you want to keep them healthy, when it is time to transplant for the first time, set them in the new pot buried up to the cotyledons and spread as far apart as possible.

I know for a fact that there was only one seed put in the rapid rooter because i only had 4 seeds and the other 3 already sprouted.
