Your pre-employement UA will tell you a lot about what the randoms will be like. Get some QF and keep it in a pocket along with a heating pad. If you get the call for a random, activate the heat pad and start warming up the QF. Nobody pees on command so you can sit there and drink water while letting the sample heat up.
