Uh...neither. They're rooted in an aero-cloner, which means there IS no medium. The roots hang loose, exposed to the air and mist in the cloner.

Once they've rooted enough, they get put into hydrotron in the DWC.

The trick will be to keep them alive between the cloner and my friend's DWC system lol.

We both use aero-cloners to get the cuttings to root, and we're both growing in a DWC type of system. Now most the time I've seen people put the clone into soil in a little paper cup. But since we're both planning on going hydro, I'd rather avoid the dirt if possible. On the other hand, it'll be about an Rating: 5
