Lab tests

Ok, this is gonna be a couple of questions I guess. First of all, this is my first time posting. I've been visiting this site for a while, in fact I recently passed my drug test for probation last month using the Dilution method after quitting for 9 days! So props to N2! Anyway, probation doesn't use a lab test, they dip something in your piss right there in the room with you after you pissed. I don't think that's a lab test anyway lol.

But um, probation makes me go to this drug class every week for a few months and they randomly drug test you and send it to a lab. So, my question is, will the dilution method work as effectively with the lab tests, or can a lab test tell easier if it's diluted?

I know I definitely need to up my creatine levels if I'm diluting for a lab test. But, I been smoking this week and this morning and gotta go to drug class in 2 days and I wouldn't be suprised if we gotta piss this week. I'm not gonna smoke from now til I go to drug class in 2 days. btw, I'm like 5'7", approx. 120-125 lbs., so I'm pretty skinny and got a pretty fast metabolism which I'm sure works to my advantage with these drug tests. My smoking habits include smoking some good stuff about once or twice a week for the last month or two. Like I said, I quit for 9 days about 2 weeks ago, smoked after I left the probation office, quit for 5 more days, smoked 3 days, quit a day, smoked two days which includes today. Then drug test possibly in 2 days.

Anybody have experience with lab tests and the dilution method? If so, I would definitely appreciate the advice. I hear they're a little different. Thanks.

The lab tests are the only ones that check for specific gravity; the home tests do not.

In the dilution sticky replace water with gatorade because the salts help balance out the specific gravity. And keep eating your red meat; a lot of it. With that being said you should be good to go.

So, You didn't even mess with your creatine levels for the probation test? If not this would help me out alot cause they dip in the little stick in the same room with me too. If I don't have to worry with my creatine levels that would save me a lot of trouble.

Well, I did eat a big hamburger from this one resturant the day before, but besides that, I guess I didn't really mess with my creatine levels. I don't think they test for that in the probation tests, but don't hold me to it, I could be wrong.
