An Indica or an aff,will stretch alot less that a sativa.. They will stop stretching in a week or so..... The HPS lamp should be at minimum 18 to 24 inches above the tops.. This will keep the tips of your buds from getting burned.. I am assuming you will be using a 400 or better HPS lamp?

In flower, should the HPS be close to the canopy or does it matter? It's 6 inches from the tops right now and the girls are still stretching (I do expect the stretch in the first week). Rating: 5
