in california the state law overrides local authorities my buddy has a grow card for like 120 somthing MATURE plants to sell to a dipensary and in oakland the city runs their own dispensary and in the la area wher i live im aloud to smoke in public i hollywood santmonica and other places and the cops can say nada. the dea is another story but !@#$ them as far as they are concerned it all illegal and you thank bush 1 for that and the abolishment of the federal marijuana medical research. so stick to the script play by the rules grow what you want dont even tell yourself what you do and youll be aight. I found that as long as you stay within the limits of the law you'll be just fine. That is as long as you have your medical cannibis state ID. I have found that the feds do not bust anyone growing less than 100 plants. It's just not worth it to them. Rating: 5
