Ok let me say this another way....If you do grow as a "care-giver" for legael patients, within the legal limits of the law. In an out of the way state. In an out of the way area and you keep your grow small and no one ever, ever comes to you for their "medicine" you will be ok. I do not reccomend growing 100 plants. Period. what I am saying keep it as small as possable. Stick to the laws of your state for MMJ patients. I have found many articles about local police that have had to "Return" the crop and all of materials back to the medical cannibis grower, because they were well within the limits of the state law. I hope this sheds some light on what I was saying.:jointsmile:
Well just so you know 100 plants will never be considered "out of the way" nor small 100 plants is a freakin huge op. Keeping it small is like 1-5 plants depending on if you grow SOG SCROG or your supercropping cause with weed 1 scrog plant can produce 5 SOG plants worth of weed. Also you keep saying "care-giver" THIS DOES NOT APPLY WITH FEDS!!!!! If you go to court for federal charges you cant even mention you grow medical marijuana they make it seem like you grow for profit.
