does this look right for week 4 flower?

Looks ok to me....but it would help to have more info. Specs?

Vegged under CFL's (5500k lumens) for 2 months and flowered for 4 weeks under a 400 watt 2700k HPS.

Typically needs watering exactly once a week.

Temps are between 75-80 degrees at the tallest part of the canopy with the HPS about 8" away.

Flushed 2 weeks ago due to salt build up.

Currently get's fed the following:

5ml Botanicare Bloom Booster ( 0-12-8)
15ml Sweet
1 Tbsp Molasses
1 Tbsp Age old Bloom organic (this is half dose of 5-10-5)

PH is currently at 6.4 (as of this morning) in a 50/50 mix of fox farms ocean forest and promix mixture of soil. Was transfered to a 5 gallon pot a little over 2 weeks ago.

The picture of that cola is 2 ft tall and I have about 20-30 colas on the plant like that.

The plant itself if I stood it straight up and stretched it out the way the plant would normally grow would put the plant bit over 3ft tall and be about 4 ft wide. Maybe a little more.
