They offer these people the chance to discover what all the fuss is about, but remind them that they are now criminals for possessing cannabis. The mail out was secretly funded by Jimi Hendrix, and attracts huge publicity.



I knew a kid whose home address got one of these joints in the mail. His mother turned the letter, envelope, and the joint over to the police.
