    lumens

    Rule of thumb is: 50watts per square feet.

    QueBud is right, try a 70 watt HPS security light, should work perfect for you, but a 150 watt HPS would improve the yield for only a little more money. http://www.overgrow.com/growfaq/1151 <--- here is how to do it.
