by the way I don't mean 10 grams of each of the stalk shake and bud,It's all mixed together.(10 grams of mixed material total)

Hey guys, I was wonderind if I simmered about 10 grams of stalk/shake/littlebit of ground bud,(all from AAA strains of marijuana)in about 1 or maybe 2 cups of 3.25% milk, will the resulting "Brew" get me high?
