I'm gonna have to say that 24 times in a day for half an hour sounds excessive to me, especially considering the condition of your plants- they look healthy, and I like to see people using the containerized version of ebb n flow- it's real easy to deal with especially if you run from seed, not clone.
You may end up having to put them in larger containers to avoid root crowding in there- like, 1-2 gallon pots- and flood a couple more times per 24h cycle as they get larger and use more water. That big one already looks pot-bound. Time for a bigger home!
But good job so far, keep it up.

I only run E&F in veg now, but my schedule is every 4 hours for 15 minutes under 24 hour light. In flower when I did E&F I did an hour after/before lights on/off and three times in between. I have since switched to DWC because the roots were way too crowded in the small E&F bins I was using. Hope I was of some help! :jointsmile:

I'm confused by your lighting schedule. The plants are two month old with an 18/6 light cycle. But you are using an HPS bulb?
Two things concern me. 1st if they are in veg than why an HPS light. If they are in flower than you need to be at 12/12, and how come there are no flowers yet.
Something is wrong dude.

Iight listen i got that intake fan bringing cool air in the room and if i turn those HPS off then my baby's are gonna freeze they stay inbetween 68 and 72 deg. bc of those HPS's and 2nd their in veg state still who says you can't use HPS to grow and flower? So whats "the problem dude"

My Ebb and Flow System {L00k}
I got those to where they are at now by watering them 24 times a day for 30 mins and never ran into a problem yet but im taking peoples advice on lowering so now i got it at 9 times a day for 30 mins all I can say is that 24 times was perfect but we will see what happens and I did what you said and just went ahead and put all of them in 3 gal. pots
