Hey, it works!!!! I got a new bulb and it works, so HTG is sending me a new bulb, and I'll send the bad one back. They have been really nice; I would reccomend them. (Plus they gave me the hot pink ballast! LOL!) You guys have been great. Thanks again! Ldy
