Will Red lights work for growth?
you can, but you also need the blue light for better spectra.
in the growing stage you can use 4' shoplights for all your needs and use the stronger red light for your flowering stage or use both lights in conjunctiontexas grass Reviewed by texas grass on . Will Red lights work for growth? Right im just after picking up a nLite 220w self ballasted red. This was the only one they had and im just wondering will red be ok for growth. small setup, growing 2 "Blue nun" strain. Rating: 5
