I suggest drinking lots and lots of water. it seems to help. one thing you may start having very vivid dreams. they can be disturbing, that was the major effect I dealt with when i took some time from smoking. exercise helps if you can. i did a ton of walking. the insomnia i dealt with was tough at first. don't sweat it too much. as bad as you feel, and you might not believe me now, you will at some point start to feel better. the discomfort will pass. I'm not a member but they do have some great info on what to expect when stopping on the Marijuana anonymous website. not saying anything as to that one way or the other, smoker here, but any info. that may help can be beneficial.
