I dont know about more of a harvest, but YES, you can start your babies indoors and move them outdoors. The best time to move plants outdoors is april/may depending on your area, but low 30's at night isn't going to cut it. Wait a bit more til temps are higher, usually around early may is prime time though, especially if you have started them indoors..

I have been contemplating taking a good break from cannabis and concentrating on some other aspects of my life for a while, and I had a stroke of genius(?).
