I just picked up 1.2 grams of hash...

what are the methods for smoking?

and-

im headed on a road trip tomoro and wanted to know if theres any to use it in some kind of edibles since i will be with the fam.

The most efficient way to smoke it, that I know of, is in a small pipe. I haven't had hash in years, so I can't say anything about vaporizing it - but I've heard it works.

It wouldn't be a good idea to eat it - you'd probably get quite stoned if you ate the whole gram in one shot, but smoking would make it last a lot longer. Just shave off little pieces with a razor blade and enjoy each hit. Consider yourself lucky to have hash at all. Man, I wish I had some good hash right now!

I usually just crumble it up over some weed in a pipe. Have also done the hot knife thing, where you put a small piece on the end of the blade, heat, suck up the smoke with a straw or something.

Making edibles, meh, not even worth it, it's definitely something you rather smoke, if you have to, just save it for a time you CAN smoke it, because it will be nothing short of pleasurable.

I know you said you will be with family but when your not one of the best ways to smoke hash is to push a straight pin through a small square of cardbord. Put a small piece of hash on the end of the pin. Light the hash with a flame till it catches good blow it out so it smokes. Then take a glass about 8 oz. size and place it over the hash and let the smoke get heavy. Tilt the glass enough to take a hit of hash without letting the smoke escape. You usually only have to light it once and no smoke is lost. Makes the glass hard to clean but what the hell. The secret is to use a small enough piece so you don't get to wrecked.
I guess you can use hash in backed goods or firecrackers but don't eat too much.

best way if you will want to smoke it and conserve it would be to put a tiny bit on a pin and it should get you stoned about 12 - 14 times using this method.. just crack a tiny piece off and put that on a pin and light it on fire.. you can just inhale that there, but i would reccomend useing a straw for better and cleaner hits:thumbsup:

now if this dont get you where you want to be i reccomend that you use a water bong. :eat:
