Just have a quick question. I got busted for paraphernalia and possession and i plan on going to my court date in hopes to get them dropped or reduced. This is my first offensive and i was wondering if there was anything i could say/do that could help get them reduced or dropped.

This is my first offensive and i was wondering if there was anything i could say/do that could help get them reduced or dropped.

Best advice I can think of: get yourself a lawyer who's knowledgeable about the cannabis laws in your area. NORML is a good place to begin looking. Depending on where you live, you may be able to plead as a first offender, and after your sentence is served your record would be expunged.
