If you already flushed you've done all you can at the moment. RE-pot into whatever your next soil is going to be (get perlite too and lighten it a bit) when you have a chance. Unless these are super fancy seeds, don;t sweat it. Often they start to 'grow out of' overfert problems as soon as the soil is flushed.
