I'm a factory worker. We make electrical motors (handmade)
But I've sollicitated at the Belgian railways. Hope to work there.

how do U get a job at a factory.

I started with a BS in fisheries and wildlife conservation and a summer job at a hydroponic pesticide free commercial scale basil production facility. Then went to Alaska to work in the fishing industry. Keeping a balance between taking what you need and leaving enough to sustain the environment for another season is important, and working in the food production industry was eye-opening. I've also worked at several restaurants (back of house, with the exception of a 9 year part-time bar manager stint) and have the interest in food. It just seems like it all comes together, and this site has really honed my practical indoor growing skills enough that I feel confident about year-round indoor crop production even in New England.
