Since you are asking what the yield will be, I assume this is your first grow?
The 1 pound per lamp applies only to the time the plant spends under the flowering lamp, and assumes that all other conditions for efficiency are met. This stuff you have to learn.
The real formula is:
0.5 grams,
per watt of HPS light in the flower room,
per month the plant spends in the flower room.
yes it is my first grow (is it that obvious?) but since its the same penalty from 1-99 plants i figured why not...the relay is a nice little piece of equipment..i was reading about it on a stadium grow flip flop...

i was looking at arjans haze so i was wondering..what if i veg for 2 months and then flower for 3months? what would could i expect from that? how many plants? how much yeild each?

i am not growing at the same location as my ip...not even close....and i haven't told anyone other than the 91,000 members on here so its pretty low key...lol
