I've buried the stretching seedling every seed grow for years.
But I do bury the seed, under a layer of soil as deep as the seed is thick. Don't want air pruning (drying-out the fine roots) before she even gets started.

What are you using as a light source? Judging from the stretching, and seeing that after nearly two weeks you're just starting on your second pair of leaves, I think you might want to consider adding another light or two to the fray. It's difficult for seedlings to get an even distribution of light when using larger pots right from the start. Starting seedlings out in smaller, shallower pots will allow you to direct more life-giving light over a smaller area.
For seedlings, I prefer to use 4" pots, and just keep them lit with 4-23w CFLs for the first week. The seedlings in the pic below are only on their fourth day from popping out of the soil. In another couple of days, I'll throw a 400w MH into the mix, and they'll really start to take off. Soon after that, they'll be rootbound and ready to go into slightly larger pots, where they'll reside throughout the rest of veg.

Awesome man! I hope I didn't come across as condescending, as this definitely wasn't my intention. I also thought they were a bit older than they are, so please accept my humble apologies for jumping the gun.

Good luck with the Ice, and enjoy those Rhino's!
