Florida Primary by mail sounds like fraud Obviously by now everybody (at least everybody who reads political blogs) is aware that Florida and Michigan are trying to figure out what to do about there supersized screw-up by moving up their primary and caucus against Democratic rules. Now, Florida is considering a â??vote by mailâ?� primary. Does anybody else think this is a terrible idea that will inevitably call for cries of fraud? Because it will.
