Read the thread in its entirety because the technique involved has undergone changes since the original post. Do not delay reading it until the day of your test because a lot of the preparations take more than a day to complete.

My quick advice to you would be to excersize for the next few days (stopping at about 3 days before your test) and eat a high fiber diet to help clean you out faster.

EDIT: Also it is worth mentioning, a common misconception with drug tests is that drinking a llot of water days before your test will help flush all the THC out of your system. This is completely untrue and does nothing to help get you clean faster. Just keep yourself hydrated like a healthy person would and don't over do it. Drinking lots of fluids only really comes into play the day of the test.
Yea, but trying to dilute my urine makes me very nervous. I'm still very afraid I'll mess it up some how. I was kinda hoping it would just be out of my system, but if thats what i got to do I better do a few practice runs. Thanx for the help tho, much appriciated.
