HBRW & Sativa questions

I just recently ordered 50 HBRW seeds and they should be here soon. I have read a lot of the experience stories and i think from what i have read i will use 5-8 seeds and make sure i get ALL of the coating off the outside of the seed. i n all the bad esperiences i read it seemed they had not gotten the coating off in a good enuff way or they had maybe used too many seeds. I also read that i may need to bust the seeds open from their outer shell rather than just scrap the coating off. So i will most likely be doing this on the comming weekend because i work a lot during the week and dont think i could recover soon enough.

and about sativa. how is the extract taken? what do i do with it? i have heard of smoking it but i want to be sure.
i see there are 2 kinds of the same extract. standardized and not?
what strain and##x would be good for a first time user.

and mushrooms. i have taken some twice b4 and enjoyed it. the first time i had some small thin stemed ones that a friend gave me a handfull of. and the second i got some big thick stemed ones with large gold spotted caps and they pretty much put me out for a few hours but i trip lie crazy.
what strain should i get from the net i know some sites but dont know what to choose

Well.. for the Shroom questions look up on Erowid.com or Shroomey.org. For the HBWS crush them up put in a drink they let all the nasty stuff sit in your mouth for like 15 minutes. After the 15 min u may wish to swallow or just spit it up. LSA will transfer through your saliva.
