Question
ok...i grow in soil....my lamp is 400 hps....room temp is at 25-27 celcius at max (during lights on) and 18 min (during lights off)....the nuts i use: for veg NPK:7-3-6 and for flo NPK:0-13-14......i use nuts once per week....i water them twice a week....now i am in flowering second week....everytime i water i use 2 lt of water that has been standing for at least 2 days (so as the clorine moves out) with 1ml of 7-3-6 and 1ml of 0-13-14.....they do not seem to have a problem with that....i get no signs of overwatering or overfertilisation however....ever since i started feeding them with the 0-13-14 they show an even faster growth.....i ask if it is normal to loose the first two leaves....maybe later, if i manage, i will post the pics to get a better idea of what i mean.....plus, i do not have a ph meter or similar as i live in a place forgotten even by god...go on laugh....lol....kuri, i am burning the candle (outside the grow room)and it kills all odours....but, is it safe to burn it inside the growroom? (i mean during the dark cycle)

Question
another thing...i know that the temp of 25-27 is high but it is i that level because i have the light within 1/2 foot/15cm from the tops with 3 computer fans blowing there so as to get the most light possible without burning them...that's the temp at the tops of the ladies....as they grow i move the thermometer as well

Question
i don't do it IN the grow room at night, ONLY if i am there for a while. plus it is ONE lumen and the plants don't want light, so maybe not a good idea
. so you don't have a ph meter? i only have ph paper strips right now and i know some people would yell at me for that, but that is all i can afford at the moment and it has worked for me. looks like you have alot of your bases covered. except for that ph thing and that could be a factor really soon.
as for your leaves. are you talking about the first set of leaves that comes when your seed sprouts? if so, then yes it is perfectly natural for those first AND second leaves to die off and fall off. it kind of looks like the leaf dies and the stem gets bigger and a snake skin type thing happens. as long as you have plenty of other healthy leaves to photosynthesize, then you are fine. from what you describe, sounds like things are going good. keep coming back with updates as all of us here love to hear/help eachother and we all LOVE to hear when there is a baby girl!!! take care

Question
as for you temps... at this moment, i don't know celsius temps by heart, but it is perfecty okay to have the temp as hight as 85-ish. i like mine in the mid to upper 70's but 85-ish is also okay, not sure if that is close to you celsius range. just make sure the humidity is higher if the temp is higher.

Question
it's completely normal.. infact i've gone as far as trimming the lower leaves and branches off .. the bottom set of shoots was dying also..
it's due to lack of light getting to the bottom of the plant.. not a big deal really, you want the top of the plant..not the bottom.
it's nothing to worry aboutAs we live...a life of ease. Everyone of us...has all we need. Sky of Blue...and Sea of Green. In our Yellow Submarine.
