The government is too big as it is. It's so big it can barely get out of it's own way. They can't even fix my roads, let alone decide who gets to reproduce or not.

Plus you have to throw in there the question: What happens if someone who is deemed not fit to be a parent gets pregnant anyway? Forced abortions don't sound very good to me.

Some people shouldn't have children though and this could prevent some weirdos from having children.
