All things being equal, I'd go for the four bulb. The eight's actually tossing a bit of heat- bulbs don't seem to last as long.
Don't pay extra for the Agrosuns- anybody who's stocking the New Waves will also have the GE Starcoats- work as well or better, and they're cheaper.

Thanks 'zome, heat is the enemy in this space so 4-bulb it is... anyone find a source for 5700K bulbs?
